Scampi was founded in Sweden 1983. It offers sustainable swimwear and beachwear for adventurous hearts. All designs are created in the Stockholm studio with seasonal prints and manufactured in Europe under fair conditions using premium recycled Italian fabrics. Scampi swimwear brings an updated, timeless and elegant Scandinavian look featuring iconic stripes, prints and a style reminiscent of classic swim resorts the world over.

Scampi has partnered up with Aquafil, the leading manufacturer of sustainably regenerated nylon yarn – ECONYL®, to produce swimwear in European factories with fair working conditions and to fully offset the remaining impact made by product creation and to have it all climate positive. The company uses digital printing to reduce fabric waste and this allows the flexibility to have small runs of production. Digital printing reduces water waste because the fabric doesn’t need as many wash/rinse cycles, and there are no screens or colorant baths that require cleaning. Scampi uses small scale production made by skilled and experienced hands that are working under fair conditions.
